  Lady named Toni or tonia I spoke to and her attitude was not helpful. I called because my letter was lost on the post office side but I have a receipt but she told me, "it's not the courts fault for the mail not getting here" and even though I had proof. If I hadn't called again and talked to another gentleman(sorry I forgot your name) I would have been very upset and stressed. I do thank him for walking me through what I could do. 5 stars for him
