I came to this branch because I got my corporate credit bank locked during my visit in the US. European numbers listed on the card did't work so I thought that they could help me. I got from them a US number which... occurred to be invalid.

This is absolutely the worst bank ever....I think the general manager sets the tone for the entire bank. She was so rude to me that I wanted to close my account but I couldn't make an appointment. When I finally went in to close my account, the nicest and most professional lady helped me....I hope she left and went to another bank....
