    My Paris vacation was not what I'd hoped for. Our apartment was pretty but had no heat and rarely had hot water. My deposit was wrongfully held, $457.00 for one damaged curtain. Homeway promised to help, made me jump through lots of hoops, and then summarily denied my claim after I did all the things Homeaway requested. My recommendation is DO NOT BOOK WITH HOMEAWAY!!!
