  My family and I had the pleasure of working with Dena, who I must say was heaven sent and assigned to us by God himself because she did what we thought was the impossible. We were in need of a 3 bedroom apartment ASAP, with no time to spare. With short notice, Dena worked tirelessly to find what we needed, within our budget and location. Words cannot express our appreciation for her going above and beyond to place us in a place that we were able to call home! Not only was it within our budget but it is also a new construction that is barely 6 months old, it doesn't get much better than that!   I worked with Jim Gattis during my apartment search in Austin. After being away for nearly 40 years, I really needed guidance in finding a place in a much larger Austin than the one I left behind. Jim was awesome! He showed me some great properties and picked some great locations with my needs and wants in mind. He was able to find me a place that checked off all my top priorities and I am very happy and looking forward to my new life in Austin!! Thank you, Jim! You are fantastic!!
