  I do my taxes with h&r block every year. This was my first time in this location and boy,, was it bad! Our tax consultant had no clue as what needed to be filled into a few of the boxes. Seriously? Isn't this your job? Why would I spend money and come to you if you want me to figure it out for you. The lady we worked with was super duper slow. After spending 1 hour in the office we were told she would call back to give us status and would send papers by email to sign! Guess what? No sign of her for the next 2 days. We finally called the 1800 number and cancelled and got the papers back. Don't waste your time by going to this location. They have no idea what they are doing.

  I filed back on Jan 30 and we are now in March still no refund. Called the office and was given a 1-800 number to call because according to them I should have gotten it already. I filed the same way last year and it did NOT take this long. I used TuboTax. Never will I use H&R Block not worth it. On top of the poor customer service there was a charge of $100.
