  Tax Payer beware. If you are in need of an accurate return, avoid Texas Tax Service. I used this firm one time and two significant errors were made on my return prepared by Mr. Medina. When I contacted him for assistance on his first error, he told me I needed to contact the IRS. He offered zero assistance on resolution. His second error resulted in a demand from the IRS for back taxes on the misreporting of a simple HSA contribution. Not only did I waste 375.00 on tax preparation fees on this firm, I am now having to work with the IRS on correcting his errors with no assistance. If you are looking for a quality tax accounting service, save yourself time, money and headaches by searching elsewhere.
