  The Venue on Guadalupe has been one of my favorite places to live! The staff here is super friendly and helpful with all my requests. They also give a sense of community with the events that they hold. One of there members, Katherine Larin, was able to resolve some issues I had with my fob. She was quick, professional, and friendly just like all of the staff here.

  Recently took a tour with Brandon and really loved the apartments! Love the location close enough to walk to school but still feel like I'm not in the midst of the chaotic campus life. The staff was really nice helping me answer all of my questions. Hope to sign for the fall of 18 soon!

  Moved in this past August and my time here so far has been more than I expected. I came with a friend and we were matched with a pretty cool guy who has lived here for years. Throughout leasing here Brandon was more than helpful in getting my friend and I through the process with little to no issues. I'm pretty sure The Venue on Guadalupe has one of the friendliest staffs around west campus. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking in the area to check them out.

  Staff is nice, pricing is decent. But my God everything in this place breaks. They finally replaced our awful model fridge my 3 Rd year here, they never got the water to work before then, but at this point the fridge stopped keeping things cold, which is the whole point. Elevator broke down weekly for 4 months, and recently it's been down for almost 3 weeks straight, two weeks longer than they told us.
