  Can I please give it a minus 10? Valerie Rodriguez at Account Resolutions has to win the award for MOST RUDE and NASTY. Through the automated system I ended up with Valerie since their options are very limited. I started my conversation with "I do not need to make payment arrangements, I am only calling to find out my current amount due to write the check I'll be bringing by tomorrow". This Valerie person, started to ask me for a million verifications, I am in the middle of residences and do not feel the need to provide relatives address. So, she decided to freeze my account and NOT allow me to make a payment. I was being honest, I was calling to get the correct information to make a payment and she decides to freeze my account so that I cannot make a payment?!! Yeah! This is the type of people working here. I mean, I could have given her any address from Google. They are incredibly stupid. I worked for AMEX and Citi for years and NEVER EVER would I turn away the opportunity to accept a payment.
