I wouldn't even remotely waste my money living here. There are so many better apartments in the surrounding area for the same price with actually decent apartments and properties. When I moved in, the apartment hadn't even been looked at before I moved in. I could make a list of 20 or 30 things wrong, but let's just say there was still trash and used toiletries in the drawers. Like I said, not checked at all. I had to contact the regional director to even have it looked at, and there offered no consolidation for already paying rent for a place that I couldn't move into. I had to actually request that my rent me adjusted to reflect a move in 3 days later. After I contacted them they came and "cleaned up". I mean for rotting wood they just paint over it (spray paint), there are massive cracks in the wall material, the material all around the outlets looks like it was yanked out and horribly patched up. Fast forward to 6 months later. Since moving here only 1/5 washing machine in the facility actually works and maybe 2/6 dryers correctly work. I called myself to get the service order placed because there wasn't one on file. When opening my windows they almost fall out because the frame is warped and the window can't stay in. Not just one window has fallen out, but THREE. In both my living room and bedroom. The hot water might work, it might not. It might be scolding hot or it might take 15 minutes to warm up. The kitchen sink water? Well I ran it for 20 minutes earlier trying to get some kind of hot water to come out and nothing. It has been like this since I've moved in (Sept of '16). The positive: It's quiet and calm. There is sometimes parking if you get home early enough. They just redid the pool area, so it's not too bad now. You can have big dogs. The cottage style layout is appealing. Trees on property help shade a little from the blistering sun in the summer. Private patios are nice to have. Conclusion: If I could have seen my actual apartment before signing my lease and financially committing then I would have moved somewhere else, without hesitation. The apartment they use for showing purposes is in much better condition than my actual apartment. $1,000/month is a good amount of money, and can get you into properties MUCH MUCH better than this one. Whoever owns this property lives by the "bare minimum" approach. Unless its just completely broke, don't fix it, but if you do fix it, do it as cheap as humanly possible even if the outcome is horrendous.

I have spent most of my adult life in apartments, and this is the most God awful place I've ever lived. The management is terrible and so is the maintenance.
