  Consistently long waits in the drive through, 15 mins or so, even during seemingly non busy times. They don't fairly distribute bankers between the inside line and drive-through. When I finally pulled up after waiting for awhile there were 3 cars in line (including myself) and 3 in-person folks inside and ALL THREE BANKERS that I could see were attending to the people inside, not paying any attention to the drive through until I waved my hand like a crazy person and one of the customers inside who could see me pointed me out to one of the BOA bankers. It's been so lovely banking with BOA especially after they lost a portion of our deposit a few months back (about $6k worth, complete headache to recover) and now this!!!
