- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I just renewed my lease at the Bridge, this will be my 3rd year living here. My rent has only gone up $15 since 2015, which is unheard of in Austin. Taylor (the Lifestyle consultant) is always so helpful, she knows almost everyone by name and apartment number that come to see her. The apartments are quiet after 10pm, the pool is beautiful, the location is convenient and it makes getting on 35 and the toll easy. The only complaint I would have is parking, but even then, it has only been an issue a handful of times and I just had to park a little farther in the complex than usual.
