  I have had consistent complaints and complications every since the current manager took over this property. She agreed to replacing my carpet on a certain date, which I prepared for.. including getting a storage unit and paying for labor to move furniture, etc. To my dismay I learned that the office did not place my work order until the day of! After the trauma of being lied to and sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks I asked for a carpet cleaning..to which I was told yes.. I’m now told I can’t even get a carpet cleaning until after the first of the year! I absolutely despise the conditions I am being forced to accept. I see that the only response on this site is to someone who has something good to say. Well, I certainly wish I had the opportunity to say something good. Still waiting...here at Newport Apartments in Irving, Tx. Managed by Clear Property
