  This gym is great! I've been working out there for well over a year, starting first with physical therapy and then moving into training with one of the trainers (I've actually worked with three of the trainers--and all have been great). The staff is great and friendly--they work well with people and are great motivators. The equipment is always in good order and the facilities are clean. They have weights, weight machines, cardio workout equipment (stationary bikes, treadmills, stair machine), a track, and much more. I don't do the martial arts or boxing, but I've watched a number of people do so while I was working out on the other side. I've tried the chain gyms before--and could never get into it. CTC is different--and I would definitely recommend it to others! Give them a try--you'll be glad you did.
