  What can I say?! Matt and Diversified Insurance know customer service, and know their business backwards and forwards. Matt understood my needs and educated me (first time home buyer) throughout the entire process to ensure that I understood EXACTLY what I was buying, and how I could save the most money. I bought a homeowners insurance policy for my new northwest Austin home, and he bundled our auto insurance policies to get us even more savings compared to our old car insurance plans with Geico. Communication was constant, and he worked late to help me get what I needed by my deadline. Highly recommended.
