  I don't even know where to begin there are so many things to be said. Dave Mosrie is by far without a doubt the best there is. We spoke with several other real estate agents before Dave and none of them even came close. As first time buyers we were full of questions… probably a little too many, but Dave without hesitation took the time to explain every little detail and every little fine print to us. Dave worked with us through ups and downs for more than 1 year always giving us 100% of his attention until we finally found our dream property. We had a particularly difficult scenario due to an enormous amount of issues on the sellers side and it took longer than the average sale but Dave stood by our side, filled us with advice and knowledge until our dream finally came true. I always felt we were in good hands and I know we would not have been able to do it without him. We will forever be appreciative of his dedication to us and how he helped us achieve our dream. I feel confident in saying that Dave Mosrie can handle any real estate scenario put in front of him. The combination of passion, knowledge, patience, along with his incredible work ethic and taking on full force any challenge that comes his way make him stand far far above others . It was a pleasure working with Dave Mosrie and would gladly recommend him to anyone!!!

  Dave Mosrie is the best! Dave came as a recommendation from a friend of mine and from the first time I called him I knew I was dealing with someone who truly had my best interests in mind. He is well connected and EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all things real estate. He went above and beyond to get me to closing on my first house purchase and I never doubted him for a second. I wish I could buy houses all the time just so I could keep working with Dave! His slogan “real estate made personal” couldn’t be more accurate! Thanks again Dave!!!!!

  I am a real estate investor in the Bay Area and was looking to do a 1031 exchange in Austin, because I felt that it was a good area to invest in. I knew it would be difficult to find a good agent, because most of them focus on home buyers seeking a principal residence as opposed to investment property. An agent who can help find investment property needs to know not only what home buyers want, but also what is important to investors, including rental income return on investment, neighborhoods on the rise, future development potential, etc. I used Zillow to contact a number of agents in Austin, but none of them, even though those that said they specialized in investment property, were competent enough to work with me. Then I got an email from Smith, Dave's assistant. Right away I could tell these folks knew what they were talking about and understood what I was looking for. I flew to Austin and Dave spent a whole day with me driving around looking at target properties in up and coming neighborhoods. Rather than buy a house simply for rental income, I decided to look for one in a high growth neighborhood where the lot could be split and a second unit (ADU) could be built. Dave was instrumental in analyzing this strategy, finding the right property, helping negotiate the deal, meeting with the city planning department to determine that the lot met their ADU requirements, and introduced me to an attorney who could handle the condo conversion of the lot, and a great property manager. He and Smith coordinated property inspections, and oversaw closing to ensure we didn't close until the property was in the proper condition to do so. I have worked with many agents for my personal and investment real estate transactions, and Dave and Smith are the best. They are extremely responsive, competent, creative, and always deliver what they promise. You can't ask for any more than that.
