This used to be a great bank with excellent customer service. Now its just another greedy fee-harvesting bank. My lender double charges my car payment and overdraws my account, netting the bank a $34 fee. I expected the bank to take care of me and just reverse the fee as they USED to do. But now I have to get the bank that caused the error to send a letter to first convenience. Making me do hours of legwork to get my money back. Instead I am doing the legwork to find a new bank. So much for loyalty. Screw you, first convenience bank.
