  Had a reservation booked for Austin from Houston but days before the trip, I had to cancel due to Hurricane Harvey making it's way to the Texas coast. I spoke with Kevin and the owner was not willing to give any type of refund due to weather. Kevin offered me a 30% credit but said that's all he could do. Needless to say I'm a bit peeved that I lost money on the rental for choosing to help my family and others here in the Houston area instead of partying in Austin. I understand that the owner of the home can do what he wants and that the agreement stated that I could only get a refund 30 days before my trip but I would not have cancelled my trip if it weren't due to Hurricane Harvey. It is what it is but that does not mean I'm happy with the end result.

  Nice clean house and excellent staff that was there for us from start to finish. Will definitely stay again with my family for our next Austin vacation
