- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I were the owner of these properties, I would not want someone like Ms. Gebhart as the realtor. Emails took days before I received a reply if I received one at all, phone calls were never picked up, and voicemails were not answered. The few times she did respond, answers were not clear and paperwork was sparingly filled out. My two roommates and I ended up missing out on a place we were looking forward to leasing because Ms. Gebhart couldn't be bothered to do her job in a timely fashion.By Dylan Mowrey, January 07, 2018
