  Three years ago a woman was in a hurry to get to work on a rainy Friday morning. She hydroplaned her car across the centerline and hit my sister's car head-on. From that moment, my sister's life was forever changed, as the accident left her in physical ruin. I have limited experience with this sort of thing, but my family was very pleased with the exceptional effort Mr. Lovins made on behalf of my sister. The result was a settlement that will provide her with financial security for the rest of her life. I'm as cynical as they come, but I was impressed with the thoughtful attention, patience and understanding Michael showed toward my sister, countered by the rigorous, aggressive approach he took toward the opposition.   The only negative I can say about using Lovins | Trosclair is that I wish I would have engaged them sooner than I did. That is on my end. I was not familiar with all that is involved in negotiating with 3rd party insurance companies for settlement and thought I could do it on my own. WRONG! However, I did get them involved and found them professional, informative about all issues as they came along and honest and ethical. Those are the key things you should look for in choosing legal representation should you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing it. They also communicated with me very well which helped ease any anxieties I might have had. Great job guys!
