  We listed our two homes in Central Austin with him, thinking that he had a lot of experience with our area. First, he was very difficult to get in touch with, and always made us feel like a nuisance. Then, he refused to help us take care of the two-foot-high weeds that were growing in front of the house, and since we had moved out of state we had few resources to find a good deal on such services. He has a whole team. He could have easily delegated it to someone if he was that busy. He also refused to take care of basic marketing items, like only having one lock box for our two properties, so that anyone showing the properties had to go on a long search for the key. He sold one home for us, and then didn't call us back for three weeks. The other home sat on the market for a considerable while, especially for a property in a prime location in a very hot market, so we asked him in writing to terminate our contract with him. He agreed to do so... AND NOW WE JUST GOT NOTICE THAT HE IS SUING US for breach of contract. Unreal. I would recommend staying away from this guy. Shady practices, very poor customer service, very unavailable, arrogant, dishonest, litigative....need I say more?
