  I started insuring through Michael due to my apartment requiring renter's insurance. Even though I represented only a small revenue stream from that service, I was impressed but the personal touches of his business (birthday cards, service reminders, check in calls, etc.). Since that time, I've purchased a new home and decided to stick with Michael's agency for homeowner's insurance and auto insurance. His annual policy renewal review is very helpful and he scheduled the review call with me on his own accord. I'd highly recommend his services.

  I met Mike through the Westlake Chamber of Commerce. Turns out we grew up just 40 miles from each other in remote western Kansas. I originally went to Mike because of this KS connection but have stayed because of his 1st rate service as well as competitive premiums. Thanks Mike!
