  Delayed the closing of my home. Sent over all information directly to a representative. Filled out all appropriate forms. They sat on this for a little over a week until my lender hit me up saying that the insurance had not been completed and they were having trouble contacting these guys. Come to find out that they were just sitting on it. Then later, find out that they input the wrong address requiring the insurance, thus setting me back on my closing. Contacting these guys became a chore, a lot of conflicting information and by going with the company that handled my car insurance, I saved $400 a year.
