  Moved into a non-upgraded 1/1 on the second floor of building 14 in Jan 2017, and it had all new carpet and fresh paint. Not everything is perfect (the drawers sometimes come off the track, the dishwasher could be better), but maintenance will be there the next day after you put in a request which is amazing. The location is safe, quiet, and peaceful. There is a tiny gym, and a really nice pool/grill area. Even if parking is not available right in front of your building, you will always find a spot not too far away. I chose this place because it was the cheapest rate in the safest area at the time, and my personal experience has been great. If you are just looking for a nice place to come home to and don't mind minor stuff like older cabinets, then I would check it out.

  This property is nice and quite. The only down side is that the manager Kelly is so rude. I have been in the office when she was screaming at people. She would not approve me to be on the lease but I got approved for a nicer property. She charged 1600 for a 1 bedroom and still terminated our lease just so she could put it on our credit. If you decide to live here just try to avoid her.
