  Can't wait to finally get out of here. Lived here for almost a year and it's been absolutely awful. The AC was broken for nearly the entire time, and we'd call multiple times a week for them to come and fix it - each time the repair guy came and "looked at it" and either did some brief tinkering that didn't fix anything or decided there was nothing wrong. Meanwhile, the apartment was 85 all summer and electricity bills were over $300 every month. These people are criminals, avoid this place like the plague.
