  My daughter was only here for 1 week. Every day that she was here, she had at least 2 blowouts (normally she didn't have any). The last day that I took her there, there was nobody up front when I dropped her off or picked her up, the teacher seemed really annoyed/burned out, nobody at the center answered the phone for over half an hour until I got in touch with corporate and they corrected the situation, the email address for the school didn't work so I had to email corporate, and when I went to pick my kid up, their ratio in the nursery was beyond the state maximum. I asked the principal about this and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. The principal and assistant principal seem stretched too thin, and were constantly running around doing other jobs. They also seem to have a loose regard for the state requirements for ratios. I mentioned in a mothers group and 2 other mothers mentioned that they had seen the ratios in excess of the state requirements. If you do have a child here and see that, I encourage you to report it! The facility here is very nice. I wish that the daycare was managed better.
