Be aware if you get hired!!! They hire and fire at their will and blame your capabilities. Unorganized & unstructured team. Managers gossip back of you and make sure you here. Favoritism and racist company.

Another big business disguised as a non profit organization with a false interest in public school education. I experienced that negative employment experience as well. It was very unorganized as someone else mentioned, there was no clarity, structure, nothing. Professionalism definitely wasn't practiced. The people I was suppose to report to weren't even there most of the time. My first day, the lady who met with me was lost and had hardly any work! She even said she was clueless and was lost yet they hired me on!? I called my agency and they spoke with HR and said they would find work and for me to hang tight. Then a couple of days later, some director asked me to create some excel sheet gathering information from statements from 10 years ago to centralize info, but he sounded like he was bs-ing because he changed what he asked for and then 2 days later, I get an email from staffing agency saying that my assignment ended. There was no management, expectations, nothing and some old crusty director who always made eye contact but never sai hello made an insulting remark that I looked tired but he was extra drama king about it. Yeah, being bored and not having a clear idea of what needs to be done, after they brought me on, can make a person a little uncomfortable. It was a bad and weird experience in my brief time there. To think that is how they treat people and to have anything to do with public schools is concerning. Like what exactly does this company do to make so much money to have a nice secured building with lots of office space, only for them to work from home. Sounds like money wasted. So much for being resourceful and "promoting excellence" my foot.
