  Not impressed with welcoming colorful "club house" with nice amenities, with the most obnoxious ambiance perfume ever. We'll need more than a coffee machine with free coffee! POOL: Not impressed with pool enclosed by nothing but buildings and neighbor's windows with constant shade... haven't seen the sunlight at this pool just yet. KITCHEN: Granite Counter tops. Modern Whirlpool appliances. Cheap Cabinets with good looks. Modern Light Fixtures, but still dark. Dark shades on windows and poor lighting at apartments. FLOOR: Imitation wood. Carpet (typical) BEWARE of the apartments with a view towards the parking lot and straight to the at least 6 garbage containers, with their respective amazing NOISE when they're emptied. BEWARE of the CHEAP construction (with California prices for renting) where you will hear your neighbor in the apt. upstairs flushing their toilette every time. You will hear them walking too, and chatting, and basically, you will hear everything they do. I would say NOISE is the constant in this place. CELL PHONE: getting the worst reception possible inside this concrete huge building of a sad design meant to be "luxurious living." GET READY TO HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS DISPOSING OF THEIR GARBAGE ALL DAY, AND LATE AT NIGHT. BEWARE of the tight South 1st street where "TREE" is located at, and be ready for the most hideous traffic plus once again, your best friend here: NOISE. Traffic NOISE here is overwhelming to say the least. BEWARE: that the only "TREES" at this place, are a small park intended to walk pets (and of course is their bathroom.) PARKING IS VERY BUSY, WITH IMPATIENT PEOPLE BEHIND YOU. "Tree" is a presumptuous trendy building with apartments, designed to make you believe you're renting at a high end property where security, exclusivity and quality is at its top. Reality is very different. Management Answer: I have not only visited. I've stayed and spent several nights with people who I can call my family, who has rented one of your most expensive units. FYI: garbage disposal DOOR should be locked after 9pm. We can hear every single neighbor disposing of their garbage anytime at night. Poor management.

  My one year anniversary of living at tree is approaching and I must say my experience has been quite pleasant. The maintenance staff has a quick response time. The parking garage is perfect shade for your car during the Texas heat. The front office is on point with answering my questions. I am definitely renewing my lease.
