  We have been taken our new born there since he was 2.5 months old. We love his teacher. Everyone is very nice but they have issues with processes, procedures and staffing. They have a good demand for the service but they can get the right amount of staff.

  My kids (6 and 3 yrs old) have been attending Tutor Time for nearly a year and a half. Despite several Director changes the staff seems friendly and committed to the children. My kids come home talking about what they have learned and how much fun they have had. I will also acknowledge the comment made about the boy that "escaped". Yes, a 2 year old boy got out of the gate on the playground. Yes, it was a very scary and serious incident. Tutor Time reacted appropriately and swiftly. The teachers involved were terminated on the spot and the issue with the gate was fixed. They have since completed their probation period with the state and have proven they take child care seriously. I would recommend this location to anyone who asks.
