  I lived there for about a year. I had rats and roaches. Pest control was being charged every month but they hardly ever went. Maintenance is awful they go when they want and have to stop by office every so often to let them know you need to get your stuff fix. Too much criminal activity in this place worst of all, minors, they seem to do nothing to help it stop. I have called 911 at least ten times due to fights. My windows were broken at least twice. How and why? Uhhmm, it's part of living in an area where the management don't seem to care what goes on. And now guess who pays for all the vandalism we residents are the ones. Bye bye villas de la luz. Never coming back!
