  Holy....I went in for a service that I know Wells Fargo provides & got hassled by the Teller Stephenie on 9/17/16 at 10:00. If I would not have stayed & argued with her, I would not have received that service at all. She told me straight to my face I was wrong & then told me several things that ended up being incorrect as well. She finally gave up & asked someone to clarify & of course she was wrong. When I said I received better service from another branch, she said, "Well, then why don't you go there". I'm not sure what they teach at Wells Fargo University, but obviously customer service is not one of them. At the end, she had the balls to ask why I don't bank with them anymore. I currently do not bank with Wells, used too, but they provide a service that my bank does not. I will never go to the branch again & probably never a Wells Fargo again.
