  You should consider Pressler Apartments located in the West End of Downtown Austin. The complex is conveniently located and has plenty of cabinet/closet space and I'm very pleased with the ammenities. Above all, the onsite leasing agents are cheerful and helpful. Emily, Tiffany and Christie are all professionals that obvioulsy like their jobs. Emily was especially helpful, having referred me to the Pressler telcom agent that was offered a really nice promotion from ATT Uverse.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will hear every noise your upstairs neighbors makes, every sound your side neighbor makes and likely the air conditioning vent above your bedroom. The location is great but the staff are very slow to fix issues and there are severe sound issues in the building. (Think bowling alley above your head constantly.) It's a real lemon of a place. I had to move out for two weeks because an air duct broke above my apartment and they could not figure out what had happened. During the issues the staff here was very unpleasant and tried to act like I was making it up. After acknowledging the issue, the staff moved slowly and did not figure out the cause until by accident. I decided to write this review right now since not more than a month later again, I am being woken up at 4:30 am to persistent hammering above my bedroom from another neighbor issue. Not to mention that they will likely never respond to your email even if you try to improve the situation. Save yourself the sleep, I can't wait to move out.
