  The property is nice, unfortunately management is not. I have been waiting on multiple invoices since Aug of 2017. The staff answers the phone only to say the manager isn't available. I went into the location and spoke with the staff member who told me she had gone for the day only to hear her in her office. So I walked back there and said hello and she was all smiles and said she never received my message. B&M management is non responsive and they train their staff to be the same way. I provided a service and would like to be paid for the work done. Nothing more nothing less. For months I have been told they are working on it only for the manager to tell me face to face the owner isn't paying anyone and she is hoping he will soon.
